Stored information remains inaccessible until the user-selected unlock date is reached.
2. Zero-Access Architecture
Our Service is designed with a zero-access security model.

* We do not have access to your stored vault contents.
* We cannot view, read, decrypt, recover, or modify your uploaded data.
* We do not possess copies of your encryption keys, passwords, recovery phrases, or secret information.
* Your data remains inaccessible to us at all times.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that we are technically unable to retrieve, restore, or disclose your vault contents.

3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
* Maintaining your login credentials.
* Securing your passwords.
* Safeguarding any recovery information provided during account creation.
* Verifying the accuracy of uploaded information before locking it.
You should never store your entire cryptocurrency seed phrase in a single vault unless you fully understand and accept the associated risks.

4. Forgotten Credentials
Because of our zero-access architecture:
*We cannot recover your account if you lose your login credentials.*
If you forget or lose:
* Your username
* Password
* Recovery information
* Authentication credentials
we may be permanently unable to grant access to your account or vault contents.
No refunds, compensation, or recovery services will be provided for data lost due to forgotten credentials.
5. Time-Locking Period Restrictions
The Service currently guarantees storage infrastructure and operational support for vault unlock dates between:
*January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2037*
Users must not create vaults with unlock dates extending beyond *December 31, 2037*.
Any vault created with a date beyond this period may not be supported or accessible.
6. Future Extension of Service
Subject to business operations, technical feasibility, and applicable laws, we intend to extend the supported storage period.
We currently anticipate that in *January 2031, we may announce an extension of supported unlock dates from **2037 through 2047*.
However:
* This extension is not guaranteed.
* Future support periods remain subject to operational, financial, legal, and technical considerations.
* Users should not rely on future extensions when selecting unlock dates.
Only officially announced extensions published on our website shall be considered valid.
7. Data Security
We employ reasonable industry-standard security measures to protect stored encrypted data, including:
* Encryption technologies
* Secure storage infrastructure
* Access controls
* Monitoring and security practices
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based services and digital storage.

14. Payments and Account Activation
The Service currently accepts payment in cryptocurrency only.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept the following:
* Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible.
* Users are responsible for sending payments to the correct wallet address provided by the Service.
* Payments sent to incorrect addresses or networks may be permanently lost.
* Account activation is normally completed within *24 hours* after successful payment verification.
* Delays caused by blockchain congestion, network confirmation requirements, maintenance, or technical issues may extend activation times.
The Service reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods in the future without prior notice.
15. Disclaimer and Technology Risks

Users should carefully consider these limitations before selecting long-term lock periods.
The Service shall not be liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect future service availability.
